An eventful week with several significant awards for players within the Newcastle and Hunter Zones.

Alain Miriallakis (The Waratahs) won the NSWCRU Will Tanner Player of the Year for the 2016 Season – MIRIALLAKIS MEDIA
Kate Gilbert (University of Newcastle) won the NSWCRU Women’s Player of the Year for the 2016 Season – GILBERT MEDIA
Adrian Delore (Southern Beaches) won a Gold Medal as part of the victorious Australian Universities side – DELORE MEDIA

A special game day at Maitland this weekend with the Maitland Rugby Club hosting Dom Punch’s charity Hearts in Union for their annual charity fundraising day at Marcellin Park.
