General Manager’s Comments:

We are heading into Round 4 of the Rams 2016 Rugby Premiership for both Premier and Divisional Rugby this Saturday. The Colt’s (u19’s) competition heads into Round 3.

During the week the NHRU Board handed down the following (much publicised) sanctions to Clubs who played unregistered players during the following rounds:

Round 1 – 50% of By-Laws fine with 50% suspended (as long as they don’t breach again) and loss of competition points

Round 2 – 100% of By-Laws fine and loss of competition points

Round 3 – 100% of By-Laws fine, loss of competition points and Suspension of Club (as recently announced the ‘suspension Club’ element has been deferred to a Judiciary Hearing)
